Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at ED Staffing in London.
You will be responsible for graduate recruitment, consulting, interviewing, communication, and recruiting doctors into the NHS.
You will play a vital role in sourcing and screening candidates, building relationships with clients, conducting interviews, and providing guidance on recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- A Degree is prefered
- Graduate Recruitment and Consulting skills
- Experience in interviewing and communication
- Recruiting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the locum and recruitment is a plus
