Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Wimbledon

Wimbledon, South West London

Base Salary: £25k plus commission and bonuses

(First year OTE £35k, Second Year OTE £60k, Third Year onwards OTE £100k+)

The Harnham Group is a fast growing, innovative and market leading recruitment consultancy based in London with offices in Amsterdam, Phoenix, San Francisco and New York. We’re hiring for our next intakes and looking for people who want to work in sales and become a successful salesperson.

We're keen to hear from people who have a desire to work in sales and push themselves to be successful in this industry. Being a 360 recruiter means that you will be reaching out to businesses (business development/lead generation) and building relationships over time as well as sourcing candidates who are looking for new roles. Recruitment is a challenging, exciting and rewarding career but there is a lot to learn in the first year which means you'll likely start seeing results in the second full year in the role.

Earning Potential: Recruitment is a sales role, so for each successful deal you close you receive commission. The commission is uncapped so your earning potential knows no limits, with 10%, 20% and 30% commission.
