Base Salary: £25k plus commission and bonuses

(First year OTE £35k, Second Year OTE £60k, Third Year onwards OTE £100k+)

Being a 360 recruiter means that you will be reaching out to businesses (business development/lead generation) and building relationships over time as well as sourcing candidates who are looking for new roles. Recruitment is a challenging, exciting and rewarding career but there is a lot to learn in the first year which means you'll likely start seeing results in the second full year in the role.
