We are currently recruiting for a HR Training Coordinator to join our team in the HR Training Hub.The Training Coordinator is responsible for the design, development, implementation, coordination and facilitation of company training programmes.Location - Basingstoke / Reading areaPackage - £35,950 - £50,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)As part of our People Promise, AWE (one of the best 25 big companies to work for in the UK) has a range of benefits to suit you. This may include challenging and influencing senior stakeholders.Ensure training courses are loaded into Company training management system and kept up to date with any changes. Implement improvements where identified.Collate, compile and report on training assessment results, training attendance and other training data.Work with suppliers to arrange training venue, logistics, security and safety considerations and any other relevant training requirements.All - Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player Whilst not to be considered a check list, candidates should be able to demonstrate some of the following:Certificate in Training Practice or equivalent HR Qualification is desirable, or relevant HR experienceExperience of coordinating training activitiesExperience of delivering in high pressured environmentsExperience of dealing with sensitive situationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProblem SolvingExcellent Presentation skillsProficient in basic IT programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)Strong time management and organisational skillsAbility to influence and challenge senior stakeholdersAbility to interact, influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels across AWE to ensure a common and holistic approach to training, ensuring adherence to Licence Condition 10Experience of working with schedules and deadlinesExperience of leading, managing & developing teamsTo have an awareness of continuous improvements activities and their methodologies This job role is suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station) and working from home as a personal choice. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.
