Must be based in Southend-On-Sea or willing to commute.

We are currently searching for several LSA’s and TA’s to help support an SEN school.

About the role:Sociable hours, NO WEEKENDS – 8.

30am-3.

30pm – Part time option availableProvide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN.

Assist with classroom activities and help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support student development.

Be a source of motivation, encouragement, and positivity for your students.

Full time option – temp to perm style!
