UX Designer

12 Month FTC

Leeds - Hybrid / Flexible working

Up to £65,000

Fruition IT have an exciting opportunity for a UX Designer to join a leading global professional services organisation, joining a team who will be driving the improvements and development of customer experience across ServiceNow and other internal platforms.

What will I be doing?

Conducting user research with internal stakeholders throughout the business.
Drive processes and improvements regarding customer experience in ServiceNow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners and Architects.
Conduct usability testing within ServiceNow.
Leading workshops with internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience working in a dedicated UX Designer role.
Experience working with ServiceNow and other core platforms, such as Success Factors and SAP.
The ability to turn complex requirements into simple, clear interactions and interfaces.
Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
Speed in producing and validating ideas through iterative design.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
