Job Title: Vehicle Paint SprayerLocation: Totton, Southampton, SO40 3WXSalary: Up to £18 per hour equates to £39,780 (must be level 3 qualified painter for this salary / hour rate) + uncapped bonus – OTE 45-50kFull-Time and PermanentMonday to Friday – 42.

5 hours a week with optional overtime available on a SaturdayOur client is an automotive retailer representing prestigious car Brands, they have a total of 30 businesses providing sales, service, and accident repair services across Sussex, Surrey, Kent, and Hampshire.

Established in 1931, they are a successful and progressive third-generation family-owned business.

They are now actively looking to recruit a Vehicle Paint Sprayer for their Accident Repair Centre in Totton, Southampton.

About the Job:As a Painter/prepper, you will be responsible for:Running our spray booth.

Checking that the vehicle has been masked and prepared to the required standard.

Mixing and matching colours.

Checking the painted job is acceptable to refit.

You will carry out repairs to the BSI PAS 10125 standards.

You must be able to:Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales.

Be flexible in your approach.

Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.

You will ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines; for example, wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy.

Ideal candidates will be Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Paint Spraying.

Candidates must have a full and valid driving licence.
