Visual Merchandising Coordinator

(12 month contract, 4 days a week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a VM Coordinator to join our highly creative team.

Reporting directly to the Head of VM you will be part of a busy, close knit, fun team, building strong relationships across the business to ensure the consistency and quality of all directives.

You will be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring the implementation and execution of exceptional visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.

Today, it is as known for its luxury, organisation-obsessed accessories as it is for its groundbreaking work in sustainability and its playful experiential retail concepts.

In November 2023, the brand released a sell out knitwear collection in collaboration with Uniqlo.

The Village on Pont Street in London’s Chelsea, opened in 2021, is a community of neighbouring stores and a cafe.

Ever-evolving, it centres around the Village Hall, which hosts innovative concepts, collaborations and exhibitions, all of which are amplified digitally.

It is a place for the brand to connect with its customers, engage with projects it cares about and invite in collaborators.

So far, The Village Hall has played host to numerous concepts that include a hairdressers, a greengrocer, the Ice Cream Project and a Christmas grotto for 2500 children.

At the Anya Cafe, a selection of drinks, lunch, cakes and afternoon tea are served with a twist of the brand’s trademark humour.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating the VM setup daily and refreshing all the retail and wholesale stores under the direction of the Head of VM.
Implement collections across retail and wholesale stores according to the brand guidelines.
Ensure the consistent and correct display of product ensuring consistency with the brand image and the guidelines provided.
Communicate closely with the retail teams to embed and monitor consistent brand image by reviewing photos, cascading guidelines and supporting store queries or escalations.
Working closely and supporting BOH for preparation of new products to be implemented in store for each launch.
Analyse and monitor the effect and impact of specific VM actions on business results per store and product category and feedback to management.
Offer creative support and set up to new locations or pop-up stores.
Communicate to and coach retail teams on all visual guidelines and new directives.
Assist with the development and delivery of VM training to store teams.

Key Skills

Strong VM experience (ideally in the luxury retail industry).
Clear affinity for the brand and product.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills across all levels.
Organised, proactive, agile and dynamic.
Positive and passionate with an ability to motivate others.
Strong computer skills including office, photoshop etc
