* Do you have experience in the area of investigation and enforcement?

* Are you able to work flexibly (including occasional evenings and weekends) and travel between sites to ensure the effective delivery of all required services?

Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Warden Team Leader on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis in Southeast London.

A bit about the role:As a Warden Team Leader, you will lead and co-ordinate a dedicated team of Wardens in delivering a reactive and proactive customer focussed service, ensuring patrol presence in areas identified most of need, and addressing concerns of crime, security breaches, anti-social behaviour and reported environmental crime on our estates.

Some of the key results for the role include: * Provide visible leadership, engagement and day to day management of the service and team and confidently execute the management of shift plans, performance management, absences, development and support.

* Interact with a diverse range of services and collaboratively build a strong foundation in working with the Community Service Team Specialists to improve strategies that will improve positive interactions with our tenants and improve their quality of life.

* Ensure the team prioritise and complete welfare checks, complete ASB surveys and adequately undertake witness statements for the Community Safety Specialist Team.

* Be responsible for recruitment, appraisals, identifying training needs and staff development.

* Motivate staff in fostering a culture of high performance, strong engagement, implementing diversity and equality, as well as embracing commitment to continual improvement.

This role will require an Enhanced DBS check and a full UK driver’s licence.

This role has a pan London scope and the successful applicant will be expect to patrol and travel between sites.
