We are currently seeking experienced Surveyors, Field Surveyors, Estimators, or Window and Door Surveyors to join our team in providing outstanding service to our customers.Role OverviewWe are offering an exciting opportunity for a Roaming Surveyor to join us in a varied role covering a large geographical area. As a Roaming Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting areas in need of support throughout the country, with occasional nights away at short notice.ResponsibilitiesArrange and conduct technical surveys with customers in line with our survey completion targets.Travel within the designated region to perform surveys according to our high standards, ensuring accurate measurements and drawings are provided following our "Right First Time" methodology.Confirm with customers that all details and designs meet their requirements, providing solutions where necessary to ensure satisfaction.Communicate effectively with the Anglian team, reporting any discrepancies or changes required after surveying customer properties.Input survey details into the survey network and order materials as needed.Address any issues or changes promptly and efficiently.RequirementsCustomer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.NVQ Level 3 in Surveying or equivalent experience in the window and door industry.Previous experience or equivalent qualifications in installing uPVC products.Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to multitask effectively.Valid full driving license.BenefitsCompany car provided.Employee product purchase and staff benefit scheme.Access to a range of well-being benefits, including birthday leave, 24-hour remote access to medical consultations, and paid time off for volunteering.31 days of holiday per year, including bank holidays, with increased entitlement based on length of service.SalaryBasic Salary of £35,000 per annum and up to £40,000 Bonus per annum, plus additional benefits.If you are a motivated and experienced Surveyor with a background in window and door installations or home improvements, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity with Anglian Home Improvements.
