As a leading fire and electrical compliance service provider to the public sector, our success relies upon a market-leading, engaged, and highly skilled team, for which we are always seeking skilled and self-motivated individuals to join.Purpose of the Role/Role Overview: To provide an efficient schedule of work for all contracts and manage capacity for the periods that the works are required and meeting contractual SLA’s (both servicing and reactive / planned works).This is an office based role that involves collaborating closely with the support service team, while also engaging with our experienced field engineers. Expect a dynamic and fast paced work setting that combines office-based coordination with on-going communication with field operatives. The role necessitates proactive interaction and liaison with clients/customers, remotely, to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives.General Duties/Key Responsibilities: The service Team deliver approximately 85000 jobs per year and the service contract value for all clients exceeds 1.8 million. This role involves the analysis of system data, providing efficiency to scheduling and re-scheduling works as required which will provide sales and margin improvement for the business.• Always Scheduling at least two weeks ahead.• Reconciling / re-scheduling of the previous day’s work as required.• Managing capacity to deliver the workload, liaising with Contract Teams.• Analysing workload data to ensure best scheduling practice is used (i.e. Geography / Skill set / existing works scheduled).• Develop and promote best practice for processes and end users.Qualifications and Skills:• Math’s A-level or equivalent• IT Qualification NVQ grade 3 or equivalentWhat you need:• Ability to work under pressure.• Analytical and problem-solving attitude.• Ability to plan / manage duties effectively. • Concise, attention to detail.• Excellent communication skills for internal / external Stakeholders.• Positive attitude.• Focused.• Ambitious.Experience required:• 2yrs experience with administering user-based systems, reporting and data manipulation within Access and Excel.• Dealing with big data setsBenefits: 20 days leave increasing by 1 day for each full year completed up to 25 days.An extra day off for your Birthday.Annual performance related bonus.Company car or car allowance.
