Our client is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead the shop floor operations within their manufacturing department.

This role is pivotal for someone looking to demonstrate their leadership and technical skills in managing a highly skilled team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the team, ensuring projects adhere to company standards.
Apply a hands-on management approach, with a preference for candidates experienced in Lathe, Mill, and Brake Press machinery.
Manage daily team operations, including scheduling, absences, discipline, and annual reviews.
Ensure comprehensive coverage across all disciplines within the team.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred.
Experience with Lathe, Mill, and Brake Press machinery.
Capability to oversee projects from design to completion.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
