Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to KS2 students' needs and abilities.

Use creative and adaptive resources to motivate students and enhance learning.

Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Set ambitious yet achievable targets for students and monitor their progress closely.

Requirements:Knowledge and understanding of the KS2 curriculum.

Experience working with school policies, including health and safety and safeguarding.

Ability to use assessment data to inform planning and target setting.

Strong classroom management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
