Role: Accounting Clerk Salary: £24,000 - £30,000Rota : Monday - FridayLocation: Worksop We are recruiting for a dynamic finance team due to the company's significant growth, The Acccountant will work closely with our Finance team and contribute to the teams continued success.Key Responsibilities:As an integral member of our finance team, your responsibilities will include:

Preparation of Accounts: Accurately and efficiently prepare financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Month-End Close: Manage the month-end close process, including all reporting activities, to provide timely and insightful financial information.
SAGE Accounting: Utilize your SAGE accounting expertise to maintain accurate financial records and streamline processes.
Excel Mastery: Showcase your Excel skills with a strong knowledge of formulas and functions to analyze data, create reports, and support decision-making.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of various financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, providing valuable insights to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
Proficiency in SAGE accounting software.
Advanced Excel skills with a deep understanding of formulas and functions.
A formal qualification such as ICAS, CIMA, or ACCA would be highly beneficial but not essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
