White Horse Employment are partnering with a growing and exciting manufacturing/consulting business based in Bradford on Avon who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and supportive finance team.
In this role you will be reporting into the Finance Manager and you will be part of a 4 person transactional finance team.
You will be supporting the growing needs of the finance department, processing all accounting information as well as ensuring all information provided in a timely manner.
This is perfect for someone who wants to be part of a close knit team, work for a growing business and want to genuinely make a difference!
You will be responsible for a wide variety of duties including:
- Efficiently produce and send customer statements, including overdue reminders as needed
- Coordinate with customer-facing departments to ensure timely reporting of relevant information
- Process daily sales cash and maintain correct records
- Generate weekly aged debtors report with detailed analysis
- Monitor and adjust customer credit accounts, following policy and procedure
- Assist with any month end duties and ad hoc tasks
We are looking for someone with a couple of years finance experience and is comfortable working with different accounting software's.
