Apply NowEscape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are currently supporting our Client, a successful manufacturing company based in Glenrothes to recruit an Accounts Assistant and join their established finance team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities IncludeProcessing financial transactions.
Maintain Sales and Purchase Ledgers, including daily sales invoicing.
Credit control.
Assist in cash flow management and forecasting in relation to purchase ledger payments.
Review aged creditor analysis.
Payment run both manually and BACS.
Posting all payments to the ERP system.
Dealing with purchase ledger queries.
Bank, supplier and other general reconciliations.
Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a similar Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Finance/Accounts Assistant roleExcellent accuracy and keen eye for detailConfident IT skills, this should include MS ExcelAble to work in a team environment
