Additional Learning Needs/Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistants Needed in MonmouthshireAre you an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting students with additional learning needs and/or challenging behaviour?
We are currently seeking Additional Learning Needs/Challenging Behaviour TAs to join our diverse Secondary school in Monmouthshire.
As an Additional Learning Needs/ Challenging Behaviour TA, you will work alongside our team of Teachers to create an innovative, dynamic, and engaging learning environment.
Your primary responsibility will be to support and interact with students with additional needs and challenging behaviours, helping them to reach their full potential.
Strong communication and behaviour management skills are essential, and you will be expected to uphold our school's policies and values.
