Apply NowHallhouse Care Home is looking to source an Administrator to support the Home Manager and care team.
Our care home is Situated in the quiet village of Fenwick, which is set across two buildings. We specialise in Residential, Nursing, Respite and Dementia care for up to 42-residents.
An Administrator will be paid 12.50 per hour from 1st April, along with other company benefits.
As Administrator you will be responsible for several administrative tasks, including but not exclusive:
Employee payroll data
Staff recruitment
Contracts
Petty Cash
Helping arrange staffing schedules
Telephone enquiries
Invoicing
Notes taking during meetings
And general office duties
The successful administrator is required to have experience of:
GCSE English Language
Excellent knowledge of spreadsheets, Microsoft Word/Works, Excel, Access, and e-mail communications.
