Role Overview: As our Application Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and configuring back-office applications. Reporting to the Head of Applications & Service Delivery, you'll ensure secure and efficient operation while supporting development, upgrades, and interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve operational issues promptly
- Provide functional and technical support, including training
- Maintain user accounts and implement change management processes
- Create and maintain user guides and documentation
- Monitor application performance and conduct reconciliations
- Identify and address risks and issues throughout the software development life cycle
- Drive continual improvement in delivery quality
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
- Proven experience in technical support or IT application support (minimum one year)
- Basic SQL skills and Excel experience
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management
- Organised and diligent in maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
