The role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join our dedicated technical team in our Warrington headquarters. The ideal candidate will have experience working on design and build projects, be friendly, engaging and helpful, with strong time management and co-ordination skills.

Responsibilities include

• Communicating with members of the team and clients
• Surveying & general site co-ordination
• Build & Services co-ordination
• Production & delivery of Tender/Construction packages
• Job Running
• Local Authority, Building Control & General Compliance Co-ordination

Qualifications / experience

• Experience of working as an Architectural Technician or similar
• Proficient AutoCAD skills
• Basic Building Regs knowledge
• Full UK driving license
