Assembly Operative Key Responsibilities: * Perform assembly and testing of thermocouples according to specified guidelines and quality standards.

* Meet strict customer deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of finished products.

* Maintain consistent production output, following established procedures and guidelines.

* Utilise hand tools and equipment effectively and safely to complete assembly tasks.

* Adhere to good working practices, including cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

* Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and resolve any operational challenges.
