My client is at the forefront of commercial property in the UK, and has an award winning reputation for providing high quality advice and their specialist departments covering all aspects of the surveying profession, throughout the UK.

The Role

The role will be to join the Asset Management team, and along with other Surveyors and Directors, being responsible for a portfolio of retail, industrial and office properties. The team are responsible for negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews, identifying asset management initiatives and value enhancements within the portfolios, developing landlord and tenant relationships, and general in house property management.

The Person - you will;

• Be recently/soon to be RICS qualified
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Have worked in an asset/property management environment
• Knowledge of the commercial property market.
• Confident and self-motivated.
