Working with experienced consultants, you will receive clear training and development plans to guide your growth. With a fantastic earning potential and multiple options for career progression, this is an excellent learning opportunity for a confident individual looking to enter the recruitment industry.Responsibilities:Interact with candidates over the phone and manage their entire recruitment processSell a range of job roles to candidatesSource candidates using a variety of techniques and maintain sourcing listsUtilize and update in-house CRM system in line with company processProvide leads and market rates to delivery teamMonitor KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisRequirements:Excellent telephone mannerPrior telesales/sales experience is preferableAbility to communicate within a fast-paced team environmentInterest in recruitment or salesDriven with a competitive natureLooking to progress within a reputable company Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
