Taking ownership of a portfolio of larger corporate clients with the flexibility to tailor your work to focus more on accounts, audit or tax, or specialise in a particular sector.Duties will include: Leading and developing a professional and dedicated team including those studying; reviewing and signing off on work completed; undertaking complex accounts preparation; preparing corporation tax returns; cashflow forecasts and business plans; managing audit assignments; handling client meetings and queries; as well as the opportunity to play a key role in the growth of the client base for the office.The Rewards:Salary: up to £48,000pa based on experience/qualificationsSuperb benefits package including: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, private healthcare, free parking, car allowance or company car, ongoing training and progression.Location: Office based with 1 day per week working from homeHours: Mon – Fri, 37.5hours, some flexibility on start/finish timesWe welcome application from individuals seeking full or part-time employment (4 days per week or reduced hours 5 days per week).The Person:We are keen to hear from ACA / ACCA qualified, or equivalent with experience gained in a practice of accounts preparation and/or audit or tax.You will be a self-starter with a proactive approach and enjoy working in a collaborative manner with colleagues at all levels in the business.You’ll be a first-rate communicator able to build effective relationships and liaise with clients.
