Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone triage and face-to-face assessments
- Perform crisis assessments for walk-in patients
- Manage duty responsibilities
- Organize and oversee depot clinics
- Conduct ECGs as required
- Perform duty home visits and outreach work
- Review and adjust treatment plans
- Collaborate with various agencies
- Conduct Care Act assessments and contribute to care planning
Skills/Experience Required:
- Prior experience in mental health
- Strong knowledge and skills in mental health care
- Previous work in a community mental health setting
- Experience managing a caseload
