Are you an experienced Branch, Store or Unit Manager looking to develop your career further?     What’s the day to day? 

  • Developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers in order to build profitable business growth. Build regular, productive and focused contact with the wider team in order to drive value add to the customers

  • Manage the full operation of the branch and ensure that you meet all standards for safety, deliver storage efficiency, housekeeping and support the ability of customers to find the right products

  • Be in control of sales, margin and overheads to exceed targets and deliver best in class financial performance

  • Set the tone and champion a Stay Safe culture across the branch at all times promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing

  • You will lead, motivate, engage, delegate to empower your team to work together and deliver great service for our customers

    Since 1978 CCF has been supplying materials to the interiors trade. In 2002 we joined the Travis Perkins Group and merged with Atkins Insulation. We then became the Group’s specialist distributor of insulation and interior building products. Since then we have expanded further through a series of acquisitions, including Passmore Drywall and Insulation and SLBM Systems in 2007. With each step, we continue to extend our nationwide branch network and increase our product range.
