9xb proactively targets businesses to introduce our range of products and services. This is predominantly through a combination of telephone and email communication.

Working as part of the Sales and Marketing team, the primary objective of this role is to target new businesses and keep in regular contact with them to identify sales opportunities and arrange appointments for the sales team.

    Responsibilities

  • To outreach to prospects via telephone and email, to introduce our products and services
  • Identify key opportunities that match 9xb’s qualification criteria
  • Keep in touch with prospects with regular updates, keeping 9xb front of mind
  • Qualify those opportunities and generate sales appointments for the sales team
  • Uncover new opportunities by carrying out daily reviews of industry news
  • Developing and managing the pipeline of prospective accounts through the Salesforce CRM
  • Regular database cleansing and enrichment of records
  • Job Requirements

  • Be a confident communicator - you will be required to make sales calls and reach out to businesses by email to introduce our proposition
  • Commercially minded - you are able to identify key sales opportunities that will support our sales and marketing objectives
  • Organised - you are able to effectively manage your own workload and prioritise key tasks
  • Be willing to learn and develop with real world, on the job experience
  • Have experience of making outbound sales / marketing calls.
  • Knowledge and experience of selling digital / eCommerce services would be great, although not essential as training will be provided.
  • On top of adhering to 9xb’s values, you are ambitious and have great collaboration skills. You are a problem solver who is resilient, result-oriented with the ability to influence stakeholders.
