We are looking to recruit an office based Business Development Telesales Executive to join our Regional Team working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

The Role:

Reporting to the Telesales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for growing the market share of our National total waste management offering by developing and managing a sales pipeline to achieve annual targets.

Day to Day Deliverables:

  • Take reasonable care of your own health and safety, and that of others who may be affected by your actions or lack of action at work.
  • Cooperate with Enva and co-workers to help everyone meet their Health and safety obligations.
  • Ensuring company Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) policies are strictly adhered too.
  • Bring to Enva’s attention any safety concerns or potential shortfalls in our HSEQ provisions.
  • Report all accidents, incidents and near misses at the time they occur.
  • Exceed call and sales targets.
  • Create, develop and manage sales pipeline in order to identify current and future tender opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit proposals focusing on the issues you address for clients.
  • Create and develop strong working relationships with potential clients.
  • Work with the key individuals within the national team to deliver your target.
  • Manage all current opportunities via the CRM System
  • Submit all reports in a timely manner as directed by the Head of Brokerage.
  • Attending sales meetings as directed
  • Use social media (e.g. Linked in) and industry press (e.g. construction enquirer) to identify potential targets.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market conditions reporting key activity, developments, and issues as necessary.
  • Participate in sales and corporate events as necessary. 
  • Develop strong internal business relationships in particular with the National operational team, peers and support functions within the business, maintaining effective communication channels and working together to maximise sales opportunities and resolve issues.
  • Develop and articulate an effective sales proposition. Conduct professional customer calls, achieving a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and maximising sales opportunities.
  • Respond to sales enquiries by phone and electronically.
  • Achievement of sales KPIs surrounding call numbers, pipeline and conversion
  • Deliver customer service excellence and client-led solutions in our proposals.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
  • This is not an exhaustive list. You may also be required to carry out any other duties as required by the business that you are qualified/trained in that meet the scope, spirit and purpose of this role
