Sodexo Live! are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.
You will support the proactive sales team in delivering activity and enquiry pipeline generation for the UK Stadia. You will also identify new sales leads and make introductory appointments for the Business Development Manager and Head of Sales, while maintaining existing client relationships and researching corporate companies, event agents, and individuals to identify new sales leads.
You will also be responsible for attending FAM trips and cultivation events, and helping the team manage these events, as well as developing a strong LinkedIn presence and network. We expect you to continuously seek out new business opportunities and maximize the potential of each lead.
This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative role, and we are looking for a Business Development Executive who can work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will be a talented and experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record in the Events Industry, with a deep understanding of the event market across the UK.. Previous experience in the MICE market is advantageous.
In addition to these skills and experience, you will demonstrate exceptional communication, research, and negotiation abilities. You must also possess a client-focused approach and be able to think strategically while staying organized and resilient in the face of challenges.
The role is hybrid between working from home and visiting clients so a driving licence is essential.

In return for your hard work and commitment, you’ll be rewarded with a salary of between £27,000 to £30,000 plus a sales bonus and access to range of benefits, including:
