Business Development Manager

Salary up to £45,000 per annum DOE + plus marketing leading commission structure (Uncapped commission)

Colchester, Essex

This is the ideal role for an experienced recruitment consultant looking to progress away from delivery. You will be a critical part of the business engaging with prospective clients to build new business opportunities for the business.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

Identify and explore new partnership opportunities.
Developing and maintaining new client relationships.
Qualification on new requirements
Maintaining relationships with our clients to systematically map out and generate new business within the IT contract and permanent recruitment market.
Attending client meetings

Expectations:

2+ years of 360 recruitment experience or 2+ years in a similar role.
Self-confidence & resilience is key.
Desire to be successful.
