Business Development Manager/ Client Solutions

Over the last 8 years, we have secured our position as a leader in providing the world’s biggest technical projects with experts in Cloud, Security, Dynamics, ERP, and Data. We currently have offices in London, Miami, and New York and are looking for a Business Development Manager/ Client Solutions to join our London office, working on global projects.

In this role, you will:

  • Focus on specific ERP markets across Europe and work with global enterprise businesses to offer tailor-made solutions and build strong relationships.
  • Leverage our huge success in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 market over the last 9+ years to build and expand further business
  • Will focus on business development and client expansion to ensure volume and growth within our ERP markets
  • Expand existing strategic accounts with clients across Europe
  • Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure fast and effective delivery to our clients
  • Map clients to identify key stakeholders & decision-makers
  • Identity, scope, and negotiate large delivery solutions for clients within the ERP Markets

Requirements for this role:

  • Strong background in contract recruitment, ideally working within tech recruitment
  • Successful, results-driven new business development and account management within recruitment
  • Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive and self-motivated individual.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
