Some of our clients include some FTSE 250 Listed outfits, household names and clients based across the United States, Europe and Asia.

We are now on in a need of a Candidate Delivery Consultant that will help provide support across a number of major accounts and support to the various Consultants throughout the business. You will have the opportunity to map a career path into a fully-fledged 360 Recruitment Consultant should you wish.

This will be a key role to the business as you will be investigative in approach whilst wearing that ‘detective’s’ hat. The market is buoyant as ever and the increasing demand for niche IT focussed candidates is at an all-time high.

You will be joining a business where you will be able to create your own success with an on target earnings of up to £30,000 - £50,000 in 24 months. You will have a clear career progression mapped out for you and flexibility to work and manage that all important work/life balance.

We operate differently and have extra tech and exposure to recruitment tools that will help speed things up for the role you will work in. Alongside this we have industry aligned training that we give to our staff to keep them abreast of what is happening in the market.

Purpose of the role

Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief. Help identify new business opportunities and pass on any industry related leads to sales staff. Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief
  • Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
  • Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
  • Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
  • Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams
  • Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
  • Understand and meet agreed service levels and targets

Some of our best Consultants have not necessarily come from a recruitment background and we hire a lot on your attitude/application ‘to get the job done’. If you have previously worked in a Research, Telesales, Lettings or Telemarketing focussed role, this will be highly advantageous to your application.

One of our key values is fun and the successful candidate will have the following to look forward to:

  • Events through the year & award dinners
  • High achiever's lunch
  • International trips for high achievers
  • Quarterly team nights out
  • Up to 31 days holidays
  • Discount scheme
  • Referral incentives
  • Employee assistance programme
  • Learning & development
  • Mentoring & coaching

If the above sounds like you, please get your CV in for a quick turnaround.
