Consistency is key with young people, even as a casual worker, you can have a major impact on children’s lives.

Children’s Residential Support Worker we require:Minimum one year working with children/young adults in the education or care sector (essential)Level 3 NVQ in children's residential care or equivalent (desirable)A full UK driving licence (desirable)The Residential Home can accommodate children up to 18 years of age.

Due to the nature of this post the Department for Education National Minimum Standards state that the support workers must be 4 years older than the oldest resident.

Therefore, applicants must be 22 years of age or older.
