Clinical Data Manager

I am seeking a Clinical Data Manager to join an exciting start-up operating at the forefront of medical imaging and artificial intelligence in healthcare - helping doctors and radiologists detect life-threatening illnesses faster, with MRI and clinical testing. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating clinical research projects and collecting accurate datasets from internal and external data providers.

Primary Responsibilities

Working alongside the Clinical Research, Machine Learning and Software Teams you will coordinate and manage data acquisition projects to support regulatory submissions and publications.

Coordinating internal and external dataset providers, you will manage the reconciliation, transfer and receipt of confirmed dataset batches.

Develop, design and maintain data management documentation, including case report forms, data matrices and data management plans in accordance with research-specific project timelines.

Conduct data validation checks and implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of datasets.

Configure and manage electronic data capture systems (EDC) and clinical data management software. Performing data cleansing and query resolution with research sites/partners.

Adhere to regulatory frameworks that govern clinical research within the NHS - Research Ethics Committee (REC) & Health Research Authority (HRA).

Desired Experience

Experience working on medical studies to FDA requirements.

Experience working with medical images, e.g. DICOM Studies

Experience building / configuring / testing and validating EDC systems, including designing case report forms (CRFs)

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in science, medical or healthcare-related field.
