Clinical Night Nurse Manager - Care Home in Yoker, Glasgow - up to £53k per annum + £1000 joining bonus
 

• Location :  Yoker, Glasgow   
• Position: Night Nurse Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD qualified )
• Salary:   £22.23 to £23.23 per hour  (up to £53k  per annum)  The actual rate of pay will be within these advertised bandings and will be dependent on your ability to demonstrate your competence during the interview.
• Hours:  Full time 
• Shift Pattern:   Nights
• 8/8 start and finish times
• Contract Type:  Permanent

We are looking for a Clinical Night Nurse Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD  ) ready for their next career move to join our team; you will be expected to lead a team of excellent carers and nurses throughout the night shift.

Requirements : 

• Valid and Clear NMC pin registration number ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )
• Full eligibility to work and live in the UK
• Genuine passion for elderly care and a desire to make a difference
• Previous leadership experience and nursing home experience advantageous

Purpose of Role:  To achieve the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of Colleagues. To take management responsibility for a shift as directed.
