CNC MillerPermanentBlackburn£18p/h  Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30-5.00 (overtime available at overtime rate)  Our leading independent specialist client is currently looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join their CNC workshop - this position will be working as a team of 5 within the workshop.  Main Responsibilities of the CNC Miller      Producing precision parts to within the specified tolerancesFirst Principal Inspection using measuring technique (Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, Height Gauges etc.)Competency in interpreting engineering drawings and geometric tolerancesExperience with working on small / medium / large partsGood work ethicFlexible to work overtime if neededMust be able to work as part of a team as well as working from their own initiativeOffline ProgrammingWork to meet schedule adherenceExperience of understanding of working to ISO9001 standards and to Quality Management Systems (QMS).Experience and Skills required3 Years minimum CNC Milling experienceMust be time servedHAAS / Hartford / Doosan knowledge essentialCAD/CAM Programming desirableMachining on 3/4 axis Milling MachinesInspectingReading drawingsSetting Milling MachinesOffline Programming FanucClosing date is 11.05.2024To Apply please follow the application process for the site this job is advertised on.
