Commercial Analyst in Birmingham

The Executives in Sport Group are searching for a talented Commercial Analyst to join the Birmingham City Football Club team.

In this dynamic role, you'll be a key player in driving commercial success by transforming data into actionable insights that fuel strategic decision-making.

The Impact You'll Make:

• Analyse data from sponsorships, partnerships, hospitality, advertising, and more.
• Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance.
• Identify trends and opportunities to maximise revenue across commercial channels.
• Build financial models to forecast revenue and evaluate commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and execute winning strategies.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and consumer behaviour.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a similar field (Master's preferred).
• Some experience in financial/business analysis or commercial analytics.
• Experience in the sports or entertainment industry a plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, or R).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

A Passion for the Beautiful Game (Optional):

• Understanding of the sports industry, particularly commercial operations.
• Passion for football and knowledge of fan behaviour and preferences.
