Commercial Finance Business Partner in London

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a fast-growing FMCG business based in West London. This role offers hybrid working options and significant exposure to senior stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead the annual inventory budgeting process and quarterly budget/forecast reviewsEstablish and maintain standard costing for products and regularly review and update as needed.Provide timely and accurate cost information to support decision-making by management.Implement and monitor financial controls to enhance factory efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality.Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize operational costs.Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), to management.Analyse SKU-level profitability and contribute to product pricing strategies.Work closely with production and sales teams to ensure that the product mix aligns with profitability goals.Develop and maintain reports to track SKU performance over time and make data-driven recommendations.Work closely with the production & logistics teams to identify areas of improvement and drive growth.Work closely with New Product teams to ensure accurate costing of new products during the development phase, guiding towards cost effective solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives.Requirements:Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or EquivalentExperience of Supply Chain industry metricsAnalytical with high degree of numeracy and accuracyGood commercial awarenessGood communicationAdvanced Microsoft Excel and SAPBy applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
