Quantity Surveyor required in EssexGVR Solutions are currently representing a reputable and very well-established main contractor, based in Essex, who have entered the market for an Refurbishment and Fit out Commercial Manager to join their pre-construction team.
However they would look at a joinery fit out Commercial Manager for this position.
As a Commercial Manager, you will: * Be reporting to the Directors * Establishing a client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies * Ensure the commercial targets are achieved including project and programme cost, quality and time.
* Managing the costs of the project, budgeting, and cash flows * Carry out measurement for valuations * Analyse progress and reporting * Identify Opportunities and risks * Attend post tender and pre-contract meetings.
* Prepare summary reports for the client and other stakeholders * Build, mentor, develop and manage the commercial division.
The Quantity Surveyor must have/be: * Experience working on Fit out and refurbishment projects * Excellent analytical skills to make informed, balanced business decision and reporting * Proven track record of delivering construction projects * Excellent communication and oral skills * Stable employment history * High-performing individual * Versatile * Excellent time keeping skillsIf you match the requirements and are interested in the position, then please get in touch.
