Role:

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including but not limited to acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, property finance, and development projects. The role demands a meticulous approach to providing bespoke legal advice to a broad spectrum of clients, from SMEs to large corporations.

Skills & Experience:

- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial property law

- Demonstrable experience in handling a wide range of commercial property transactions

- Strong technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail

- Excellent communication skills, capable of building and maintaining client relationships

- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team

- Proven track record of business development and a desire to contribute to the growth of the practice
