Communications Manager in Manchester

Job Description

This role will be crucial in the development and execution of our communications strategy to support the continued success of our Growth+ strategy.

Rotork is undergoing massive change, and this role will have a tangible impact on the future achievements of the business.

Reporting to the Global Head of Communications, you will be part of a small team spread across our UK sites with the need to meet with stakeholders at our global headquarters about twice a month.

In this role you will be responsible for driving engagement surrounding our strategy and its programmes, building out communication channels as well as developing management capability for communication.

From a communications perspective, you’ll have a blank canvass to work from and will have the freedom to leave your mark through both strategic and hands-on approaches.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for communication, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and changing deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

• Evidence of transformation/ change communications
• Working knowledge of matrix structure within an organisation
• Advanced level of proficiency with the MS suite, including PowerPoint
