Compliance Auditor in Wolverhampton

A Compliance Auditor is required to join a unique company which offers a unique compliance checking service to their client’s throughout the UK.

This is a full-time and permanent role based from Wolverhampton, with travel required throughout the UK for visits.

A pool car is available and you must have a full UK Driving Licence.

You would be responsible for looking after your own client’s to check their process, documentation and processes, offering recommendations and deadlines for compliance.

This role will require outstanding communication skills at all levels and the ability to think operationally for a wide variety of clients.

Duties will include: * Managing a client portfolio to ensure compliance and standards are maintained inline with the service agreement * Completing offsite checks on the client’s portal and flagging recommendations * Arranging audits onsite and planning the timeframe, logistics and travel plans * Completing onsite meetings with the client and consulting on the plan and objectives * Advising and supporting client’s with process and platform usage * Liaising with client departments to create a synergy of quality and improvement * Managing deadline and communicating concerns to stakeholders * Utilising Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate updates and support * Supporting operational needs and planning, especially for the development team * General administrationWe are looking for: * Outstanding communication skills with the ability to manage a wide range of Stakeholders * Ideally from a background document compliance checks background * Great organisational skills as you will manage a geographical territory which will involve travel throughout the UK, with occasional overnight stays * Experience in challenging behaviour and process * Experience in managing a CRM or Database ideally SalesforceThe hours of work are full time with a degree of flexibility available ideally 8:30- 5pm Monday to Friday.

Our client is offering £35,000 to £40,000 per annum with great incentives.

There is use a of a pool car available for work, so you do not need to use your own vehicle.
