• Complete speaker acquisition – about 6-7 speakers remaining 
• Liasing weekly with editorial and strategy team to ensure they are updated and we are collaborating closely
• Working closely with Eric form SGX
• Clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders is key as this is a strategically important event
