Deliverables Bauxite & Alumina event
- Speaker management, collecting slides and managing all communications / changes with speakers and updating the team as required
- Replacing speaker drop outs
- Run the event as the producer onsite
- Provide a short summary post event and input into the debrief document
- Running the weekly meetings and weekly catchup with your line manager
- Updating cvent and swapcard
Deliverables Singapore Iron Ore Forum
- Complete speaker acquisition – about 6-7 speakers remaining
- Liasing weekly with editorial and strategy team to ensure they are updated and we are collaborating closely
- Working closely with Eric form SGX
- Clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders is key as this is a strategically important event
