Construction Contracts Manager in Kent

Consisting of eight subsidiaries, we’re on an exciting growth plan. Right now, due to these growth plans, we are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager, to join our growing construction team, looking after multiple sites across Kent.

About The Role…

As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a multiple Timber Frame & Traditional build projects, across the South & East regions of Kent. You will direct and control construction management activities across the Region, working in partnership with the production Director and other departments.

You will continually review programmes, plans & budgets for sites as a whole and analyse findings, the impacts, and take corrective action in a timely manner to ensure company objectives are met. You’ll motivate & lead your site teams to ensure objectives are delivered on time, and to budget.

You will Build relationships with our supply chain and consultants such that we are their preferred client, you will be responsible for ensuring that the works are satisfactorily supervised at all times and that the project is executed in accordance with the current Construction procedures and quality standards are achieved as well as ensuring that the site remains on target and within budget.

You’ll come from a similar position, with demonstrable experience managing and leading teams across multiple Traditional & Timber Frame new build housing schemes. Your professional communication style, excellent delegation and management skills will compliment your excellent knowledge of building construction and project management.

You’ll have excellent attention to detail, excellent administration skills, a good grasp of ASTA P6, as well as being organised, which will allow you to hit deadlines and timescales of projects.
