Based on our clients manufacturing site in Scarborough, North Yorkshire reporting to our Contract Manager.Temporary role6 months initially with possibility to be extended£11.50 per hour8:30am - 4pmMonday - FridayJob Role:- Assisting with the processing of payroll for circa 175 temporary workers by way of data input- Assisting our Contract Manager with the recruitment of new hires including completing application forms, checking RTWs, chasing references, and uploading all details into our candidate management system- Dealing with general queries from onsite workers and client managers- Assisting with the creation of MI and KPI data for internal and client use- Supporting our Contract Manager with internal file audits- General administration as required by the client and internal team.Experience:Previous experience using Microsoft packages such as ExcelDemonstrative experience in a previous administration roleConfident communicator and have the ability to multitaskAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
