Role:

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be integral to the firm's success, providing expert legal advice to a diverse clientele. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, managing corporate transactions, and ensuring compliance with current legislation. Skills & Experience:
