Credit Control Manager in High Wycombe

Marc Daniels are recruiting a Credit Control Manager to join a large, multinational company based in High Wycombe.

THIS ROLE OFFERS HYBRID WORKING (3 Days per week in the office, 2 Days per week remote).

If you have managed 10+ credit controllers, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:Leading a team of 12.

Reviewing Customer Invoices for daily and weekly hires ensuring any changes during the job have been recorded and accurately accounted for.

Setting up new customers - ensuring correct pricing structure is in placePricing for changes in customer contractsEnsure payments are chased for overdue accountsReducing debtor daysWorking closely with your team to reduce invoice queriesMonitor new customersFleet administrationReview and pay expense claimsPlaying a key part in projects to help develop the businessAd-hoc reporting and support to other departments throughout the businessRequirements:Excellent attention to detail and accuracyVery good organisation and administration skills and the ability to follow finance processesStrong mathematics skillsAdvanced Excel skills, with the ability to access, input and compile analytical dataHighly proficient on Excel and experienced with different accounting systems.
