We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced customer insight advisor to join our team on a temporary basis. This role will involve assisting with customer complaints and addressing the concerns of dissatisfied customers to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer complaints and concerns, providing timely and empathetic responses.
  • Investigate customer issues thoroughly, gathering relevant information and insights to understand the root cause of the problem.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the organisation to resolve customer complaints and implement solutions to prevent similar issues in the future.
  • Utilise customer feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance our services.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our database.
  • Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role, preferably within the housing sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to empathise and build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
