Senior Salmon are looking to recruit Customer Care Advisors for our client in South NormantonDuties are to ensure all orders placed are processed accurately and in a timely fashion in line with company guidelines, and to resolve any queries effectively. Key Tasks• To ensure that all work activities are in line with the Company Health & safety policies/standards at all times• Provide Customer Care at the highest level to ensure maximum customer satisfaction• Maintain a good knowledge of policies and procedures• Advise Supervisor or Manager of any instance requiring special attention• Ensure all UK email boxes are managed on a daily basis• Support all other Customer Care areas as required• Process orders within the agreed timescales• Complete and share client reports daily, within agreed timescalesCandidates must have a proven track record in:• Communication both verbal and written• Working Accurately• Proven ability to work alone and unsupervised able to initiate action• Good Telephone skills• Customer Care Skills• PC Literate• Building Customer LoyaltyPlease apply now for consideration or call Mark on (phone number removed) for further information
