    ​ Due to continued business growth, we are recruiting a Customer Service Call Handler to join our Central Claims Team based in Doncaster.

    ​Within this role you will operate across our phone system and by email to support customers in a variety of different ways.

    We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about providing our customers with an expert and personal experience, making it clear the things they value are in safe hands with Steer Automotive Group.

    ​You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering a fast and efficient service to insurers and customers.
  • Ensuring accurate administration of customer files, whilst building a genuine rapport.
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries within the central hub.
  • Efficiently deploying claims based upon a geographical area.
  • Working to targets to achieve team and individual goals.
  • ​ About You

    ​In order to excel in the role, it is vital that you have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, good organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    ​A professional telephone manner is essential for this position, as is the ability to communicate effectively via email. You will be a team player, as well as be able to work individually to achieve daily targets.
