Customer Services Administrator in Husbands Bosworth

Lodestone Recruitment are currently working in partnership with our client in Sheffield who have a requirement for a Customer Service Administrator or Aftermarket Services Administrator. Our client is part of a global based business who provide industrial equipment to various sectors. They are looking for someone with strong administration skills with a background in providing customer service to either engineering, steel or manufacturing sectors.Candidates should have the following experience to be considered for the role:Ideally have a background in Customer Service, Account Management or Administration and worked in Engineering, Manufacturing or Steel sectors.Dealing with all correspondence from customers & suppliers to ensure deliveries are carried out.Working with customers either by phone or email providing pricing, delivery, and site visit information, and coordinate directly with service engineers to arrange their initial customer visit, ordering of spare parts required, and follow up visits.Collating and Reviewing documentationBe a good people person by building rapport with clients and have the ability to build effective working relationships with customers/clients, Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and Power-Point) and invoice based systems.The offer for the role of Customer Services Administrator:Salary - £25-27k/per annumHours - Regular days 8am-5pm Monday – Thursday, 8:30am - 12:30pm Friday (35 hours/week)Company pensionAnnual Company BonusPart of a growing organisation with expansion plansThis is permanent position going straight onto the books of the company.To apply for this Customer Services Administrator position and for immediate consideration, please click 'apply now' or call Nicholas Brennan on (phone number removed) for more information.Lodestone Recruitment Ltd are acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy
